John Njane is a HR and strategy consultant. He has over 10 years’ experience in Human
Resource Management, training and Executive Coaching. John developed his career in the
area of Human Resources, starting as a HR Officer, HR Business Partner at Strathmore
University and later on as HR Manager at Strathmore Business School. He has consulted in the
areas of Organizational Design and Restructuring, Job Analysis and Evaluation, HR Policy
development, HR Audit and Executive search.
John holds MSc in Business Management from Oxford Brookes University (UK), Bachelor
degree in Business Administration from Maseno University. He is currently pursuing his PhD in
Business and Management at Strathmore Business School. He is also a Competency Based
Interviewer and a Job Evaluation specialist. Certified Organizational Effectiveness Coach by
CDI Africa, member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Certified Personal
Development Analysis (PDA) Analyst.
