Nancy has over 30 years international experience in executive management, entrepreneurship, venture capital, and as a trainer and developer of businesses. She is a Stanford MBA graduate and Business Coach.

Liz Jones is the managing director of her own consulting company. Her three decades of experience in sales, marketing, training, HR and organizational effectiveness enable her to bring a practical down to earth approach to helping leaders deliver growth. She is passionate about innovation, healthcare and developing people. Before starting her own company Liz held varied roles within Pfizer in both the UK and US.

Mr. Geoffrey Otieno is an International Strategy Consultant working at Enreal Limited as the Managing Director. He is also a Business Consultant at Stanford University, USA and is tasked with growing SME businesses in Africa and beyond. He has over 25 years’ experience in business strategy and business development. Prior to Enreal Limited, Mr. Otieno was a Director of Nokia Siemens Networks looking after various African countries. He was in charge of 18 francophone countries during his stint at Eastman Kodak and lived in various East and West African countries.  Mr. Otieno has also worked for Microsoft Corporation and McKinney Rogers in various roles across many countries in the world. Mr. Otieno has a degree in Commerce (Business Administration) from the University of Nairobi, an MBA from Strathmore Business School and a Certificate in French from Alliance Francaise, Nairobi.  He is currently pursuing his PhD. Mr. Otieno is fluent in English, French and Swahili. Key areas of expertise: Strategy, Business Development, Leadership Coaching

John Njane is a HR and strategy consultant. He has over 10 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, training and Executive Coaching. John developed his career in the area of Human Resources, starting as a HR Officer, HR Business Partner at Strathmore University and later on as HR Manager at Strathmore Business School. He has consulted in the areas of Organizational Design and Restructuring, Job Analysis and Evaluation, HR Policy development, HR Audit and Executive search. John holds MSc in Business Management from Oxford Brookes University (UK), Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Maseno University. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Business and Management at Strathmore Business School. He is also a Competency Based Interviewer and a Job Evaluation specialist. Certified Organizational Effectiveness Coach by CDI Africa, member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Certified Personal Development Analysis (PDA) Analyst. Key areas of expertise: HR Strategy, Organizational Design and Structuring, Executive Search, and Business and Executive Coaching.

Carol Maithya is an Assistant Consultant working for Enreal Limited. She joined Enreal immediately after graduating from KCA University and started as an intern, then later on promoted to her current position. She has participated in the Strategy formulation workshops for various clients in the Banking sector, Engineering sector, PR and Advertising among others. She is very open-minded, passionate about Consultancy and career development issues. Carol has Computer skills from Unity College of Professional Studies and a Diploma in Procurement and Logistics. She is pursuing a Degree in Business Administration.

Miss Diana Ominde is an Affiliate Consultant at Enreal Ltd. She is focused and very knowledgeable of the current global business transformations. She holds a training certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation, Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Management Science, Master’s degree in Management Science from Strathmore University. She has vast experience in Project Management, Organizational Development, Training and Coaching. Diana is also a Lecturer in the field of Project Management at Strathmore Business School. Prior to her current employment, Diana worked as a Project Manager at Top Image - Project for Google Kenya. She is passionate about Business Coaching, Project Monitoring and Evaluation. Key areas of expertise: Project management, Training and Coaching, Business Development and Project Monitoring and Evaluation.

Joseph is a consultant who has experience in Banking, Marketing, Business development and Co-operative management. He is a team player with great analytical skills. Joseph holds Bachelor of Co-operative Business from JKUAT and is currently pursuing Master of Co-operative Management at the Co-operative University of Kenya. Prior to joining Enreal, Joseph worked at K-Rep Bank as a Teller and Business Development Officer.

Ms. Mary Ikucha is an accountant working at Enreal Limited. She has 5 years of experience in Finance and accounting. She has experience gained from Pension Fund Management, Investment Fund Management, and Church Finance. Mary holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from University of Nairobi. She is currently pursuing her CPA’s (section IV). She is passionate about investments, developing people and policy formulation.

Valentine Chebet is an Assistant Consultant at Enreal Limited. She is very instrumental in Research and Development, organizing, and delivery of workshops. She has experience in helping grow clients in Agribusinesses, Engineering, Health, Hospitality and Banking sectors. Valentine holds a degree in Project Planning and Management, and is pursuing her master’s degree. She is passionate about Business Development, Technology and Leadership. Key areas of expertise: Project management, Training and Coaching, Business Development and Project Monitoring and Evaluation.

Francis Mungai is a marketing and strategy consultant. He has over 25 years’ experience in marketing, distribution, brand management, customer service and business development. Francis has worked for various multinational and local companies which included Unilever, Diversey Lever, Proctor & Allan and Celtel in senior sales and marketing positions. Over this period, he rose through the ranks to the position of Marketing Director Africa for Diversey. Francis holds a degree in chemistry from University of Nairobi, an MBA from Strathmore Business School and a Phd in business Administration (Marketing Option) from JKUAT. Key areas of expertise: Marketing research, Marketing strategy, Branding and Business development.

Ms. Marygoret Waithaka is a business development and training expert with over 10 years of professional experience. She is a Senior Consultant at Enreal Limited. In this role, she is responsible for formulating, cascading and monitoring strategy implementation for clients. She has been involved in business development and consulting for clients in the East African region. She also has experience in Human Capital Development and Digital Strategy. Prior to embarking on consulting, she worked at Kenya Airways within Learning and Development. This role involved developing, implementing and monitoring capacity building programs across the Kenya Airways global network as well as for third party organizations in aviation within the East African region. She is a graduate of the University of Nairobi with a Bachelor’s degree in Education; a Human Resource Higher diploma as well as an MBA in Strategic Management from Strathmore Business School. Key areas of expertise: Digital Marketing Strategy, Business Development.

Natasha brings 12 years’ experience in administration, marketing and Human Resource Management. In her years of experience, Natasha has held various positions across the Administrative, Human Resource and Marketing fields. Natasha is a graduate of Africa Nazarene University with a Bachelors of Commerce degree specializing in Marketing and Management. Ms. Murgor also holds a Post Graduate diploma in Human Resource Management and is a registered member of the Institute of Human Resource Management

Sam Ochieng’ is a Finance and Strategy Consultant with over 10 years’ experience in the areas of Finance Operations Management; Financial Reporting and Analysis; Internal controls and process mapping; Financial Planning, budgeting and forecasting; Internal Audit planning and execution; Corporate Finance and Business Development.
Sam’s experience is spans the private and public sector, including startups, established corporate multinationals and professional services firms in various Finance leadership roles. He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in their transactions advisory division supporting various corporate finance assignments and has worked in senior finance roles at Bridge International Academies and Tsusho Capital Kenya Limited (A Toyota Group Company).
He is a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya with a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Double Majors in Finance and Accounting) from Strathmore University, an MBA (Finance) from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing a PhD. In Business Administration (Strategic Management) at the University of Nairobi.
